If the user / buyer has any question, doubts or confusion with regard to any of the terms & conditions stated herein, s/he should seek clarifications from us through email and should wait for a written clarification before making any purchase.
M/s Aurea Blue Pottery, Jaipur (INDIA) owns and manages the portal- www.aureabluepottery.com and provides an online store and delivery service for sale of products displayed on this portal. The products displayed on our website are designed and created by M/s Aurea Blue Pottery and are sold under the brand-name AUREA.
By accessing the website, you warrant and represent to the website owner that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website.
We make our best endeavors to meet the date and time of delivery schedule as given by the user in the order form, any delayed/ early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation from www.aureabluepottery.com. We try and deliver every order as per the specifications of the product mentioned on the website.
In order to ensure delivery to the correct person at the address mentioned at the time of placing the order, M/s. Aurea Blue Pottery shall take reasonable caution at the time of delivery, but disclaims any responsibility for claims, damages, and/or compensation in case the goods fail to reach the correct person despite such reasonable caution and/or due to any causes which cannot be attributable to M/s. Aurea Blue Pottery.
The trademark, names and logo (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of M/s Aurea Blue Pottery. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of M/s Aurea Blue Pottery.
M/s Aurea Blue Pottery does not warrant that the products/services offered will be error-free, or that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are or will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
The prices are inclusive of packaging and all other primary costs involved with the process of ordering and prior to shipment. Sales Tax / VAT wherever applicable will be specifically indicated at the time of making the purchase. The shipping and transportation costs will vary depending on the order-size, and will be informed to the user / buyer at the time of placing the order. Kindly note any additional entry tax, octroi, custom charges etc. will be borne by the buyer.
All disputes arising out of matters stated herein shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur High Court, Rajasthan, India only.
The user is free to browse the website and peruse any of our products and pages anonymously. The user is required to provide personal information for the purpose of placing an order through this website. M/s Aurea Blue Pottery collects such information which is necessary and relevant for the purpose of processing the order and for providing effective customer service. The shipping and billing address provided by the user shall solely be used for the purpose of delivering the order and sending billing details, as the case may be. Accordingly, such relevant details may be shared with the courier agency. At the time of making payment, the user may also be required to provide necessary information as sought on the payment gateway page of CCAvenue.
The user may also be required to provide her/his name and other information at the time of registering as an account holder with username and login password, or at the time of signing up for newsletter.
We may use the email address provided by the user for updating the user regarding the order status and shipping details, for sending periodic updates about new launches, contests, give-aways and offers, and for obtaining feedback. The user’s privacy is important to us, and we strictly refrain from sharing such personal information with third parties. We do not sell, trade, transfer or share such personal information of the user to third parties. The user may at any time choose to unsubscribe from our mailing list, by following the instructions provided in the newsletters sent by us, or by mailing us with a request for unsubscribing from newsletters.
Our website may store cookies on the user’s computer / system when they visit the pages of the website. Cookies help our server recognisz a unique user and get stored on the internet browser of the user’s computer. The user may update browser settings if she/he wishes not to accept cookies from our website.
ORDER PROCESSING POLICY
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail stating the details and description of your order and the estimate date of shipment and delivery. The user / buyer must read the details carefully and report any discrepancies / errors within 1 day of receiving the e-mail. In case, the user / buyer does not receive a confirmation e-mail within 1 day of placing the order, the same must be notified. You shall also be notified by email, once your order is ready for dispatch. Usually your items will be shipped within 24 hrs of being marked ready for dispatch. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so in accordance with our Cancellation Policy (details below). All notifications regarding order-processing should be either mailed at email@example.com or telephonically informed on +91 98295 70227.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
As stated earlier, your confirmed order will be shipped within 24 hours of being ready for dispatch. We ship and deliver our products only in India. We offer three modes of shipping – (1) flat rate shipping (for order value under Rs. 500) at the rate of 20% of cart order value; (2) free shipping (for order value above Rs. 500); and (3) Express shipping at the rate of 20% of the order value. Orders placed through flat rate and free shipping will be delivered within 4-9 days of dispatch. Order placed through express shipping will be delivered within 2-4 days of dispatch. We use the services of our logistics agent WORLDWIDE INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD., based in Jaipur, who ships the orders through reputed courier companies like DTDC, Trackon Couriers and First Flight.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail stating the details of shipment and the courier service provider, including courier docket number and the estimated date of delivery. Please make sure you are available to collect the package personally, or in the alternate the person authorised by you to collect the package on your behalf can verify the same by showing your valid id-proof.
You are requested to retain the invoice copy and courier’s bill copy for reference, as well as the original packing, in case of returns or refunds.
The user can cancel a confirmed order only before the order has been shipped. The user should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call +91 98295 70227, requesting for cancellation of order. On receiving a timely request for cancellation, we shall send the user an email confirming that the order has been cancelled. The entire order amount will be refunded upon cancellation, in the bank account from which payment was initially made, within 15 days of confirmation of cancellation, through net banking, debit card or credit card.
We accept requests for return of goods only in case of the following:
(1) Incorrect goods: If the goods delivered do not match the description of the goods ordered by the buyer.
The user / buyer must report to us, by mailing on email@example.com or calling on +91 98295 70227 within 48 hrs from the delivery of goods in case any incorrect goods have been delivered. Please make sure to specify details of the order number, items included in the order, invoice number accompanying your order and consignment/docket number of the courier’s bill.
Upon receiving your complaint on the grounds of incorrect goods, we will first validate the complaint and then process a replacement, refund or credit in case it is a valid complaint. In case you desire replacement, please ship the goods back in the original packing material and/or container. Once we receive your returned goods and confirm that they are in good condition, we shall ship the replacement to you at no additional charge. The initial shipping cost borne by you shall also be refunded to you.
Please note that the products sold by us are unique and handcrafted, it may not always be possible to arrange an immediate replacement of a particular item. In such case, we would inform you regarding the time required for making the desired object.
(2) Damaged goods: If the package in which the goods are delivered is damaged and the goods contained therein appear to be damaged in any manner.
In such case please make a note of the damage on the courier’s copy of the airway bill and on the copy of the airway bill that you retain. Please also make an appropriate remark on the delivery sheet of the courier service agent. The user / buyer must report to us, by mailing on firstname.lastname@example.org or calling on +91 98295 70227 within 48 hrs from the delivery of goods in case any damaged goods have been delivered. Please make sure to specify details of the order number, items included in the order, invoice number accompanying your order and consignment/docket number of the courier’s bill. Also please attach close-up of the damaged portion of the goods for our reference.
Upon receiving your complaint on the grounds of damaged goods, we will first validate the complaint and then process a replacement, refund or credit in case it is a valid complaint. In case you desire replacement, please ship the goods back in the original packing material and/or container. Once we receive your returned goods and confirm that they are in good condition, we shall ship the replacement to you at no additional charge. The initial shipping cost (if any) borne by you shall also be refunded to you.
Please note that the products sold by us are unique and handcrafted, it may not always be possible to arrange an immediate replacement of a particular item. In such case, we would inform you regarding the time required for making the desired object. Accordingly, you can make your decision regarding the replacement.
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. We shall issue a refund request confirmation upon receipt of the returned goods and deposit the amount through net banking, debit card or credit card in the bank account from which payment was initially made.
